I’m a working mom and told my boss I’m working from 8-4:30pm so I have enough time to get her from daycare, make dinner, feed + bathe and get her to bed at 7. Sleep is important to me and my baby so I had to prioritize our lifes over “working schedules”. He was fine with my new hours, not that I gave him a choice haha 🙂

We call it the “sleep bible” in our home and it should be essential reading for parents of children at any age.
