We both were gifted the Nesting Days shirts off our registry, I’ve worn it so much, my husband his a few times (major blow out happened last time he wore it, so I think he’s a bit traumatized LOL). I also got a Konny wrap, I’m surprised I didn’t see it on here! I found it via social media ads – it’s a wrap, but it’s “pre-made” – fabric is already criss-crossed in front of you, with a padded/support piece in the back, and you slip it on like a t shirt. Very cute patterns, and works really well. It’s a bit warm in our NYC apartment, but I just got my husband the mesh/summer version for his birthday and I plan to get one as well, they market it as great to wear in the pool!!

Hi Kate! Thanks for being a Lucie’s List reader! And thanks for taking the time to reach out to let us know about this issue. I will look into it right away and update this guide once I hear back. In the meantime, could you shoot me an email at Melissa@lucieslist.com so that I can help make this correction with the brand? Thanks and congratulations on your pregnancy!

Excited to try the nesting days wrap for me and my hubs when baby arrives next month. I just purchased a mom wrap & dad wrap using the code from your post but the online checkout on the nesting days site didn’t accept either code provided. There was only one section, labeled ‘gift card’, in the checkout process to enter any sort of discount. I went back through the form a couple of times and recognize that maybe I just missed the discount code section & it was user error?! Regardless, I ordered the wraps and look forward to using based on what I’ve read. Thanks!

It has the benefits of a wrap (baby’s legs in frog position, back in curved position, structured fabric rather than stretchy) but it takes so much less time to put on. This is especially beneficial when you’ve got a crying infant who wants to be carried NOW RIGHT NOW. There are tie-style and buckle-style models. While they are most importantly appropriate for carrying newborns, I know a few people who have carried their kids in the same mei tai from infancy until they were 3 or 4 years old. (why? don’t know. but it can be done.)
