As a nanny I was fine with families who had cameras as they could see how hard i really worked. What job do you have where a boss of some kind doesn’t have oversight of your work? Now as a busy working mom of 3 I use them to check in on my kids and to keep my caregiver in check. When it comes to my kids (who are young and can’t speak for themselves) they’re looking for me to watch out for them. It’s not a sure thing but an extra check that i appreciate having.
