It also looks like there are upgrade options for most, including Elvie. I have not gone through the process as I’m on the research end for now, but was impressed by the number of brand options they offered, albeit you have to search through the site of about half a dozen DMEs.

I had a Medela PISA with my son, EP’d (due to latch issues) so used the pump easily over 1,000 hours over the course of a year. The PISA is done. My insurance (Aetna) says they only provide a pump every 36 months. I ordered my PISA six months before my son came along so now I can’t get a new one for baby girl until she’s at least four months old. Is this legal under ACA?
